If a package of food was damaged upon arrival a refund can be offered but it’s NOT GUARANTEED, all sales are final.
If part of the bag is defrosted or thawed, this is safe to refreeze due to the package staying below 40 degrees. (PARTIAL THAWED BAGS ARE SAFE TO REFREEZE).
If your package is delayed, check the food temperature, if the food is no longer cold; contact Pawfresh Foodie Immediately.
Contact Pawfresh Foodie, LLC at pawfreshfoodie@gmail.com immediately if any issues arise, and please take photos and videos to provide with explanation.
Therefore, by purchasing any food from Pawfresh Foodie, LLC you are legally agreeing to this policy. Any other reasons brought to our attention, will be looked over by Pawfresh team for probability of convincing.
