Shipping Policy for Local & Non-Local Deliveries

At Pawfresh Foodie, we strive to offer the best possible service to our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

Local Deliveries (Lake County, FL): We offer free local delivery within Lake County. Our Pawfresh team will contact you directly with further instructions and information on in-person delivery.
Non-Local Deliveries (Outside Lake County, FL): For deliveries outside of Lake County, shipping fees will apply. Certain specific category shipping fees MAY NOT BE PRESENT AT CHECKOUT, but our Pawfresh team will notify you about any additional fees before processing and fulfilling your order. All non-local deliveries will also require a signature upon arrival.
Order Processing: We process orders promptly, but please note that orders must be officially placed through our website for fulfillment. If additional information is needed to complete your order, we will reach out to you directly.
Shipping Timeframes: Due to the small-batch nature of our business, we require at least two weeks for the preparation and cooking of certain products. We appreciate your patience as we ensure that your order meets our quality standards.
