Shipping Policy for Local & Non-Local Deliveries
At Pawfresh Foodie, we strive to offer the best possible service to our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:
- Local Deliveries (Lake County, FL): We offer free local delivery within Lake County. Our Pawfresh team will contact you directly with further instructions and information on in-person delivery.
- If you are not located within Lake County, you may still be eligible for in-person deliveries. (Read Below)
- If you live within 40 miles of Lake County, but outside its official boundaries, you may still qualify for in-person delivery.
- In that case, please select “Pickup” at checkout (not “Shipping”).
- A modest delivery fee may apply, and our team will contact you to confirm the final cost.
- If you are located more than 40 miles from Lake County, please do not select “Pickup.” Your order will need to be shipped instead. If uncertain about mileage, call or text Pawfresh Foodie at +1 (352) 978-8842 or +1(352) 874-0233.
- Non-Local Deliveries (Outside Lake County, FL): For deliveries outside of Lake County, shipping fees will apply. However, if you are not located within Lake County but still eligible for in-person deliveries, a modest shipping fee may be applied, and our Pawfresh will contact you directly. Our standard shipping fee WILL BE PRESENT AT CHECKOUT, but our Pawfresh team will notify you about any additional fees before processing and fulfilling your order if acquired. All non-local deliveries will also require a signature upon arrival.
- Order Processing: We process orders promptly, but please note that orders must be officially placed through our website for fulfillment. If additional information is needed to complete your order, we will reach out to you directly.
- Shipping Timeframes: Due to the small-batch nature of our business, we require at least two weeks for the preparation and cooking of certain products. We appreciate your patience as we ensure that your order meets our quality standards.
